Ret.US Navy CPO William Vall Owen (88) a.k.a. Vall,born on December17, 1935 in Pahokee , Florida, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on October 19, 2024. Vall was a loyal charter member of the Sierra Vista Car Club, a charter pilot, a fair landlord, a wonderful husband , father & friend.
He was a self made man who provided for his family.Vall had many hobbies but his passion was rebuilding his perfect collection of street rod cars, he took his vast knowledge of cars and turned it into something he was proud of. Vall never met a stranger and always had a soft spot for the underdog.
Born in Florida but he felt native to Arizona living here for 50 years.Preceded in death by his mother Lucy Gretel ,brother Barrett and a niece Cindy. Survived by his loving wife Leila,daughters Roberta, Melinda & Sandi, step son Ryan, grandchildren Danielle,Valli,Jessica-Athena, Destiny- Phoenix & Payton. Nine great grands & one great great grand, niece Mona & three great nephews.
