William Frank Bizzak June 14, 1946 - September 21, 2024 William "Bill" F. Bizzak, a dedicated veteran and beloved family man, passed away on September 21, 2024, after a brief battle with aggressive Multiple Myeloma.

Born on June 14, 1946, in Elgin, Illinois, to Frank W. and Mary K. Bizzak, Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his step-son Tristan Scudder, and his son Chris Bizzak.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife of twenty-three years, Renee, his brother Gerald Bizzak, and his daughter Michelle Morales (Humberto). He also leaves behind his cherished step-daughter Brianna Scudder, his dear mother-in-law Betty Simon, his ex-wife and friend Virginia Bizzak, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Drafted into the military in 1968, Bill served with distinction for twenty-six years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. He spent twenty-three years in Special Forces as a Special Operations Technician, earning numerous medals and commendations. His final duty station was Ft. Huachuca, Arizona, where he retired honorably in 1993. Following his military career, Bill worked in Civil Service for the Department of Defense as an Interrogation and Source Operations Instructor.

Bill fell in love with Arizona at first sight, relishing the absence of snow. His passions included his family, motorcycles, and animals. A member of the American Legion Riders Post 24 in Tombstone, Arizona, since 2008, Bill cherished the camaraderie and charitable rides. Known for his love of animals, he shared his home with dogs, cats, birds, turtles, a sulcata tortoise, and developed a special fondness for German Shepherds.

A brief Honors Ceremony will be held for Bill at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery on December 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. His ashes will be placed in a crematorium, with the Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders paying tribute to his life of service and dedication.
