SOCORRO P. MCNEILL

November 12, 1932 – January 21, 2026

Mrs. Socorro Paculaba McNeill, a resident of Sierra Vista since 1982, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Sierra Vista, Arizona, at the age of 93.

Socorro was born on November 12, 1932, in Cebu City, Philippines.  She was the daughter of Apolinar Paculaba and Rosa Angeles. Throughout her life, Socorro remained deeply connected to her roots and heritage.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest H. McNeill Jr., with whom she shared a lasting bond. Honoring her wishes, cremation will follow. A portion of both her and her husband's ashes will be sent to the Philippines for interment, while the remaining ashes will be scattered over the Pacific Ocean as a tribute reflecting her enduring connection to both her homeland and the journey she shared with her beloved husband.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hatfield Funeral Home.

She is known for kindness, generosity, and compassion. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
