Richard Dale Packard

Richard “Dick” Packard, 86, of Sierra Vista, Arizona,passed away unexpectedly on May 4, 2024, with his wife Sandra by his side.

Richard was born on January 24, 1938, in Poynette, Wisconsin, to Lance and Dolores Packard.  He was the youngest of six children.

Richard is survived by his wife, Sandra Packard; children, Rick (spouse Julie) Packard of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and Cindy (spouse Richard) Matthews of Baraboo, Wisconsin; a step-daughter, Julie Young of Baraboo, Wisconsin; and a granddaughter, Allison (spouse Steve) Vidito of Bellingham, Washington.

Richard was predeceased by his first wife, Darlene Packard; and his parents and siblings.

Interment with military honors will be held at the Southern Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, located at 1300 Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, Arizona at a later date.
