Sierra Vista-Patricia Ann Skok-Lewis, 66, of Sierra Vista died Monday, June 13, 2022 at Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista. Patricia, a daughter of the late Walter M. and Irmgard C. (Grunemeyer) Skok and was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on December 22, 1955.

She was raised in Cranford, New Jersey and graduated from Cranford High School in 1973. She later pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University in 2010.

Patricia served her country with the United States Army in Germany and she resided there for thirteen years with her husband Randall. Patricia has resided in Sierra Vista for the past 28 years.

She was employed by Cochise County for many years as a Grants Administrator. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Randal Lewis in 2010. She is survived by her sisters Virginia C. Skok and Victoria J. Skok and her husband Robert Zaleznack; a nephew Ryan Santos and a niece Vickie Vinson; several cousins, and close friends.

Patricia will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visiting hour for Patricia will be held on Wednesday June 22, 2022 from 10 to 11 am at Hatfield Funeral Home, 830 South Highway 92, Sierra Vista. Military Honors will follow at 11 am and funeral service at 11:15 am.

Interment will be private at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery where Patricia will join her husband Randall.
