Otis V. Brown of Sierra Vista, Arizona, passed away on March 4, 2026.
Otis was born on February 20, 1957, in Greenville, Mississippi. On June 4, 1982, he married the love of his life, Patricia (Buchanan) Brown, who survives him.

Otis proudly served in the United States Army for 20 years. Following his retirement from military service, he continued working as a contractor.

In addition to his loving wife, Patricia, Otis is survived by his children, Alex (Rebecca) and Jayden. He was a proud grandfather to Reonnah, Jesus, Annahi, and Aliyah, and a great-grandfather to Jordan. He is also survived by his siblings: Linda (Nessie), Raymonia, Lee Arthur, and Sylvester.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bessie Brown and Clarance Burns, as well as his siblings Bennie Combs, Henry Lee, Clemmie Stien Burnett, and Lorinza.

Otis enjoyed traveling, playing golf, and most of all spending time with his family.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his country, his love for his family, and the joy he brought to those around him.
