Mona Fay Smith, 68, born on December 1, 1952 in Woodward, Oklahoma, died on Friday, May 7, 2021 in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jerry Don Smith; her daughter and son-in-law, Veroniqua Kathleen Shafer & Christopher Shafer of Sierra Vista, Arizona; step-sons, Michael Scott Jackson of Long Beach, California, Marshall Wayne Smith of Kalispell, Montana; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Virginia Mae Woodward of Liberal, Kansas; her brother, Michael Buczinski of Hutchison, Kansas; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Veroniqua Buczinski; three sisters, Vivian Morris, Alene Koen and Patricia Swallow; and one brother, Raymond Buczinski.
