Mr. Francisco M. Rivera, born in Guam, November 30, 1951, passed away at Banner Medical Center, Tucson Arizona, on January 24, 2024 in the early morning hours with his family at his bedside.  
 

He was a retired US Army Master Sergeant, & DOD Civil Servant, with tours of duty in, Korea, Germany, and various stateside assignments, defending the freedom of his country.  Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Friend, Soldier, and servant of God you will be missed.
