Kumok Weghorst, 65 of Sierra Vista passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on July 28, 2025.

Born in Seoul, Korea, she was a lifelong resident of Sierra Vista. She was an amazing older sister who devoted her life to her family.

Kumok is survived by her brother Andrew Weghorst and wife, Gina Weghorst; and two sisters, Annie Taloney and her husband, Nick Lewis and Judy Vinson and her husband, Jonathan Vinson, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Kumok was a loving woman who will be deeply missed. 

Wake service will be held at Hatfield Funeral Home on Thursday July, 31st from 8:30am to 9:30am. A short funeral service will begin at 9:30am with Father Rob Neske officating and interment to follow at Cochise Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest.
