KeLeigh Joan Billiard

God has opened the Gates of Heaven and sounded the Heavenly Trumpets as he summoned his most trusted Angels to descend on Sierra Vista, AZ on July 11th, 2026 to escort one of his "Greatest Treasures", KeLeigh Joan Billiard, to her Final "Living Place" in Heaven! KeLeigh was born on May 11, 1963 in the small town of Bellevue, Ohio to Thomas and Rita Billiard. After KeLeigh graduated from High School in Dickinson ND, she took a few years off before joining the United States Marine Corps out of Manchester, New Hampshire on July 26th, 1988. Like her two brothers (Kyle and Derrick) and KeLeigh's three sisters (Belynda, Dana and Karrii) who all served in the Military, she chose the toughest Service of them all... The United States Marine Corps. Five out of the six brothers and sisters, all served in the USMC. So, it was an easy choice for KeLeigh.

She served Proudly and Honorably for four years in the Marine Corps, and separated on May 22nd, 1992. She received numerous citations and decorations while serving in the USMC, to include a Navy Meritorious Achievement Medal.

We ask that you remember KeLeigh for her Love and Joy she brought to all who knew her. KeLeigh enjoyed life to the fullest as you could tell by her smile, and was able to do many different things for a lot of people. KeLeigh, even served as the Unit Administrator for a United States Army Reserve, Drill Sergeant Battalion in Phoenix, AZ for a few years. She was always eager to encourage and help others in the Battalion, to achieve their ultimate goals in the Army Reserves.

Her Love for life, family and friends along with a Great Love for Baseball, will always be remembered and admired, especially her sincere love for dogs and John. Honor her in finding the little joys in life and thriving on the desire of living with Hope in your heart!

Ke Leigh was able to spend her last days on Earth beside her loving soul mate (John). As her final days approached, she was very much at peace and ready to join her God, her Mother and Father, and sister, Belynda in Heaven. Today, Heaven is a much better place since KeLeigh arrived and is now smiling down on All of us with her Great Love!

KeLeigh is survived by four siblings, Kyle Billiard, Dana Bailey, Karrii Wooten, and Derrick Billiard; along with her nephews and nieces; and her loving partner of over 20 years, John Sands.
