Karen Jean Gauthier

Karen Jean Gauthier passed unexpectedly to Heaven on Sunday Feb 2, 2025. She was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on Feb 5, 1941 to Marie and Joseph Deimer. Karen grew up on her family farm in Hortonville, Wisconsin. She graduated from Hortonville high school.

She married and had 6 children including twin girls Evonne and Evette. Raised 4 children, Monie, Scott, Beth and Joe. With a never ending work ethic, instilled by her parents, Karen worked up to the day of her passing. Working from 1978 to 2005 for the Sierra Vista school district and as a contract bus driver on Fort Huachuca from June 2005 to the day of her passing.

She loved game shows, crosswords and her beloved Green Bay packers as much as her family.

Karen is survived by her children, Monie of Beaufort, SC, Scott of Sierra Vista, Beth of Daphne, AL and Joe of Sierra Vista, brother Gary (Bev) of Neenah, WI and 5 grandchildren: Shawnna Gauthier, Cristina(Blake) Kennedy, Nathan Gauthier, Brionna Gauthier and Kailey Tate. Her 9 great grandchildren: Anysa, Atalia, Brandon, Makadyn, Logan, Braiden, Asa and Marisol and her great, great grandchild Mason.

Karen is proceeded in death by her parents Joseph and Marie Deimer, her sister Audrey Glatz, twin daughters Evonne and Evette and nephew Gregg Deimer.

Memorial service to be held Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11 am at Hatfield funeral home, 830 South Highway 92, Sierra Vista, Arizona.
