Julius Antone Slaughter passed away on May 17, 2023. He was 58 years old. Born in 1965 in Brooklyn, New York, he graduated from London Central High School, London England, Class of 1983. In high school he lettered in Basketball, Football and Track & Field. Living in Tucson and then Sierra Vista, Arizona he worked in the automobile sales industry for two big auto dealerships including Lawley Nissan, Sierra Vista and enjoyed his role in helping people find their next dream car. Additionally, he worked at Verizon, Sierra Vista. In his early adult years, Julius was a competitive body builder. Julius loved watching the Dallas Cowboys and University of Arizona Basketball and Football. He was known to many as the Ju-Ju and loved making people laugh with his jokes, dancing and playing guitar. He is survived by his parents, Barbara and Johnny Slaughter, his brothers Anthony and Michael, his children Kayla, Zeke and Brandon, his adoptive sister Donna, as well as the countless friends, family members and the community of customers he served. Funeral Mass Services will be held Friday May 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Mountains Church and he will be interned at Mother Teresa Columbarium, Sierra Vista, AZ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
