Joyce P Tanner

Joyce P Tanner 91, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on March 28, 2024. Joyce was born to George and Anna Pilbin in Bristol, CT on July 18, 1932.

She moved to Sierra Vista in 1983 with her husband of 54 years, Robert Tanner. Joyce was dedicated to her family and enjoyed baking and creating wedding cakes. She worked hard throughout her life retiring from Kmart after making many friends.

Joyce leaves behind her 3 children Karen (Jack) Dodson, Sheila Brown and Danice (Vicky) Mulvey, her 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends who loved and cherished her.

Joyce was preceeded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Tanner, grandsons Jason Mulvey and Robby Stepka, good friend Edward Neal as well as her many other family members.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Suicide Prevention in Joyce's name.

A celebration of life will be held at 2200 Cristina Ave in Sierra Vista from 3 - 5 pm on Saturday April 6, 2024. All are welcome to attend and share your memories.
