John Elden Edwards

John Elden Edwards, a dedicated veteran of the US Army who served from 1961 to 1983, passed away on April 15, 2025.  Born on July 28, 1943, in Bremerton, Washington, John answered the call to serve his country with honor and distinction.  He retired as a master sergeant in 1983 and chose Sierra Vista as his home.  John is survived by his son Kevin Edwards, his twin sisters June Kuehn and Jean Young, and step-children Michael Dunbar, David Dunbar, and Jackie (Dunbar) Slezak.  He was preceded in death by son Gene Edwards, and his loving wife, Maria Frieda Edwards.
