George Joseph Wyckoff
May 25, 1974 - June 20, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Joseph Wyckoff from Sierra Vista, AZ. He passed away on June 23, 2024, at St Mary’s Hospital surrounded by loved ones.
He was born in Tempe, Arizona on May 25, 1974, born to George and Susan Wyckoff.
Preceded in death by mother Susan Wyckoff and older Nephew Alexander Martin.
He leaves behind his father George T. Wyckoff, his loving siblings Rebecca & Bill Scarborough and Joyce & John Martin. Also his beloved nieces and nephews Victoria Scarborough, Joseph Wyckoff, Shane Martin and Alexandria Martin and many Aunts and Uncles.
George graduated from Cape Hatteras High School in 1993, and went to Mt. Olive to study Botany. In his life he enjoyed working at the farmers market with family, writing, gaming, family time, spoiling his nieces and nephews, and debating with anyone he could. George was a book of knowledge for anyone who asked.
He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. The family would like to invite all who knew him to a celebration of life at Tompkins Park, 2060 S. 7th Street in Sierra Vista, Arizona, June 30, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Pavilion by the playground. For a balloon release and refreshments. Please bring blankets or chairs if possible. If it rains please contact Joyce at (520) 254-9306 for location.
