Gerard “Jerry” Anthony Fitzmaurice, of Sierra Vista, AZ, passed away at the age 88, on July 23, 2023. 

Jerry was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, NY. He graduated from Brooklyn Preparatory High School and attended Fordham University, graduating with a Masters Degree in Finance. Jerry married Norine in October 1979 in East Meadow, NY.  He was a member of the Unitarian Universalists Church in Sierra Vista.  Jerry enjoyed gardening, reading novels and doting on his dogs. In his earlier years, he enjoyed running and playing racquetball. He had a successful career in the field of data management.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Norine Fitzmaurice, daughter; Catherine Mantovani; step-children, Gail Stewart & Michael Marcheschi; three grandchildren; Sunshine, Joshua and David and two great grandchildren; Isaiah and Hudson.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother; Daniel, Catherine, and Jack Fitzmaurice as well as sons Michael & Stephen Fitzmaurice.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, 8/4 at noon at the Rec hall at Sierra Vista Mobile Home Villages, 733 S Deer Creek Lane, Sierra Vista.
