Dennis Vernon White, born May 1, 1944, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Eileen and Roy White, passed away on January 11, 2025, at the VA
Nursing Center in Tucson, Arizona, at the age of 80.

Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy; his parents, Eileen and Roy; his stepfather, Bob; and his brother, Darrell. He is survived by his sons, Jay (Jessica) White and Phil (Candice) White, as well as his grandchildren Kaylene (Dylan), Brooke (Daniel), Katja, Clara, Taylin, Titus, and great-grandchild Aubrey. He also leaves behind his cherished pets, his Shih Tzu, JR, and his parrot, Batty.

Dennis served his country honorably as a member of the United States Army, where he was part of the 173rd Assault Helicopter Company, known as the "Robinhoods," during the Vietnam War. His dedication and bravery in service to his country were a hallmark of his life.

After completing his military service, Dennis settled in Sierra Vista, Arizona, where he became a well-known member of the community.
Alongside his wife, Judy, he operated several businesses, including their beloved pet store, Fish 'n More, which brought joy to countless families over the years.

Dennis was known for his quick wit, and humor, that left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Dennis will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his wife, his service to his country, and his contributions to the 4-H community while raising his sons.

A private ceremony will be held at the Veteran's Cemetery in Sierra Vista as his family sets him to eternal rest next to his wife, Judy Dennis's humor, and legacy of service will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
