Debra Russell, 62, of Whetstone, Arizona passed away on September 21, 2025 with those she loved by her side.

Debra was born on September 6, 1963  in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hirschel and Sherrie Stender. She was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended West Phoenix High School.  Debra worked most recently for the Sierra Vista Food Cooperative as a part time clerk and eventually the General Manager.

Debra enjoyed helping others in any way, especially in nutrition and food science.  She was dynamic as a leader and always adventurous. She was faithful and surely now lives in heaven.

Debra is survived by her four children, Jennifer Miles, Christopher Portugal, Jessie Russell and James Russell; her devoted and loving partner, Brian Ulmer.
