In Loving Memory of
Charles Brenner (1943-2025)
Charles Brenner, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and cherished member of the Sierra Vista community, passed away peacefully at the age of 82. A proud Navy Veteran and the heart and soul behind Charlie's Appliance for over twenty years, Charles left a legacy built on laughter, love, and integrity.
Born in 1943, Charles lived a life marked by dedication-to his country, to his family, and to his community. After serving with honor in the military, Charles settled in Sierra Vista, Arizona, where he became a fixture in town through his business, Charlie’s Appliance. More than just a repairman, Charles was a friend to many-a man known for his quick wit, warm smile, and the kind of humor that could brighten anyone’s day.
He was a man of honor, who never hesitated to lend a helping hand or share a story that would make you laugh. His presence brought comfort and joy, and his unwavering principles made him deeply respected by all who knew him.
Charles is survived by his children: Jeffrey, Christopher, and John. Grandchildren: Jeffrey, Walter, Kirsten, Vivien, Jonathan, Amber, Cierra, and Christopher. Great grandchildren: Nataliya, Mateo, Amelia, and Frankie.
The memory of his laugh, his stories, and his immense heart will live on in the lives of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit remains-etched into the fabric of his family and the town he helped shape.
A service to honor Charles's life will be held at Southern Arizona Memorial Cemetery on July 25th 2025. Honorary escort will take place at 12:30 pm, we kindly ask guests to arrive by 12:15 pm for staging purposes.
Following the service, a potluck gathering will be held at the American Legion to share stories, good laughs, and a few rounds of darts-just like Charlie would have wanted.
