Ann Sanicola was a true Renaissance woman. Ann grew up in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Stuyvesant High School. After her successful career in the finance industry ended, she turned her broad skills as a jewelry and metal artist into her new career and launched Ann Sanicola Jewelry, all while raising two children. In 2018, Ann’s husband, Ron, retired from his job in upstate New York and they moved to the Tucson-Cochise area. Here, Ann sculpted mixed metal statement pieces, desert-themed holiday ornaments, and commissions for delighted customers around the world.
Ann is survived by her husband Ron, sister Amy (Stephen), children Elisabeth (Chris) and Jonathan, grandchildren Tiernan, Lainey, Arya, and Lyra, and nieces Caitlin and Paige.
