December 17, 1942 - March 13, 2024

Linda B. MacDonald, 81, passed away peacefully at home on March 13, 2024, surrounded by her “Steel Magnolias” who loved her deeply.

 Linda was born on December 17, 1942 in McAllen, Texas and lived her life to the fullest.  Her love for the outdoors encompassed many activities such as fishing and hunting but her greatest love was gardening.   She also loved to bowl which she was quite good at and had done for many years.

Linda was a military wife who was right there beside her husband supporting him where ever he was sent.  Linda loved her husband David dearly and had missed him endlessly since he passed away. 

 She also loved her “babies”, her puppies, Chewy & Sassy Baby and the many birds that frequented her yard, especially the hummingbirds.  They all brought her such great joy!
Linda’s love and sense of humor will live on in those that she leaves behind, her nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, other family members and friends.

Linda was predeceased by her husband, David, her parents, Lloyd & Mamie Staggs, her brother, Lloyd Staggs and her nephew Brin.

Her funeral service will be held at Hatfield’s Funeral Home, 830 S Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, Arizona, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 with visitation at 1:00 and the service to follow at 2:00 pm. with Pastor Larry Whitney officiating. 

 Interment will be at Cochise Memorial Gardens right beside her husband once again for eternity.
