Virginia Leigh Gojkovich
November 3, 1942 - November 29, 2018

Virginia Leigh (Dierking) Gojkovich, 76, formerly Bisbee and Sierra Vista passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018. In McNeal. Virginia, daughter of the late Owen D. and Blanchie (Ray) Dierking was born in Bisbee, Arizona on November 3, 1942.

Virginia was raised in Bisbee and graduated from Bisbee High School. She received her L.P.N. degree from Cochise College.

She resided in Bisbee most of her life and was a member of Warren Community Church in Bisbee. Virginia was an animal lover and enjoyed doing crafts.

In addition to her parents Virginia was predeceased by her husband George E. Gojkovich who died January 1, 2018 and her son Michael A. Gojkovich.

She is survived by three sons, Gary A. Gojkovich (Mary), Ronald A. Gojkovich (Perri), and Lary E. Gojkovich (Barbara); and daughter, Brenda Gojkovich Brewster (Jerry); a brother, John Dierking (Beverley) former daughter in law Lisa Tuttle; her grandchildren, Donald, Dennis, Danielle, Theresa, Britney, Justin, Diana, Jason, Jeff, and Jesse; 22 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; nephews, Bradley and Jeff; a great nephew, Bradley.

A memorial service for Virginia will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at  10 am  at Warren Community Church 201 Arizona Street, Bisbee. A private burial will be held in Evergreen Cemetery, Bisbee. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Virginia’s memory may be made to the Cochise County Humane Society 1949 Elmwood Lane, Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635.
