   Jane T. (Trujillo) Bird, 87, of Sierra Vista, AZ, passed away
peacefully, Monday, November 26th, 2018 at her home, surrounded by
friends and family. Jane, daughter of the late John A and Leonore
(Chavez) Trujillo, was born in Brilliant, New Mexico on October 20,
1931.

   Jane was raised in Raton, New Mexico and resided in Albuquerque, New
Mexico for 25 years. She also resided in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Los
Angeles, California, Washington, D.C., and Sierra Vista, Arizona for
the past 16 months and was a communicant of Our Lady of the Mountains
Parish.

   Jane treasured New Mexico and the beautiful landscapes, was inspired
to teach herself to paint and became incredibly skilled. She loved
nature; flowers and spiders, birds and trees, but not butterflies! She
shared her love for cooking with her children and grand children,
passing down family recipes that will be enjoyed for generations.
In addition to her parents, Jane was predeceased by her brothers,
Max, John and Joe Trujillo and her sisters, Terry MacArthur and Martha
Ayala.

   She is survived by her husband, Frank Bird; son, Michael Bird and
his wife Terry; daughter, Carol Turner, daughter, Lenore Gnos and
husband Brian; grandchildren, Heather Yates, Rhiannon Bird, Katherine
Galletta, and Anthony Ortolani; great grand children, Djuna Schrader,
Mia Cullen, Jobe Cullen, Margrett Davis and Aiden Mangrum; her
brothers, Alex J. Trujillo and Richard Trujillo; her sisters, Helen
Martinez and Alice Turpin, along with many nieces and nephews.

   A celebration of Jane’s life will be held on December 8th, 2018 at
1:00PM at St. John XXIII, 4831 Tramway Ridge NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87111.
